Note to self:

\\ numbers are all wrong in str_replace... need to check for ALL media types, and all url forms, and also with "embedded flash player" option both enabled and disabled for mp3, flv etc.

do a diff with bbcode.php and bbcode.php.20090207 to see changes made.
